Gate City Family Worship Center - About Us...

The GCFWC Ministry Team (Prophetess Cheryl Frazier, Apostle Sondra Turner and Minister Myrtle McNeil) along with Prophetess Valarie Jones is available to you every Saturday from 11:00am - 1:00pm at the church!

Prophetess Cheryl Frazier is a native of Teaneck, New Jersey and has been a member of Gate City Family Worship Center for eight years. After attending a summer conference at Gate City Family Worship Center in 1996, God placed it in her heart to relocate to Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She is currently the Financial Secretary and Head Intercessor for GCFWC. She was ordained as a Prophetess on August 18, 2002.

Prophetess Cheryl has been employed with the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools as a second grade teacher and is currently a Curriculum Coordinator at an Arts Magnet School. She is also completing her dissertation at Nova Southeastern University in Educational Leadership.

Apostle Sondra Turner is a native of Teaneck, New Jersey and was sent by God in 1997 to relocate to Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Apostle Sondra has been a member of Gate City Family Worship Center since July of 1997. She has functioned in many roles within the ministry. She has been preaching, praying, building, healing and restoring God’s people as a leader in the ministry since her licensing on November 5, 2000. She was ordained as an Apostle on May 1, 2005. She currently serves on the Board of Director’s, is the Church Administrator, a member of the Praise and Worship Team, and the Children’s Church Facilitator.

She has worked for the Winston-Salem Forsyth County school system for eight years and as a classroom teacher. She is currently serving in the role of Curriculum Coordinator. She is also in the process of completing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
